Iron pieces spark war shell alert
Several roads in Sheffield city centre were closed after pieces of cast iron found in a builder's yard sparked a bomb alert.
Police initially thought the pieces of iron were World War II tank shells and army bomb experts were called to remove them from the Sussex Street yard.
A 100m (330ft) cordon was put in place but has been removed. Two small business premises were evacuated.
Nearby roads were closed but they were reopened at about 1200 GMT.
